I don't begin with a product calendar or ask how every thoughts can be monitored. I notice a pattern, question, contradiction, or problem. I live with it long enough to understand what might be useful. Then I give it the smaller form it deserves, something in the form of: an easy, a guide or framework, consulting work, & something nothing public at all.

For more than eight years, I have helped growing organizations make sense of operations, revenue, technology, change, and the complicated spaces between them. I am good at seeing patterns, asking the question underneath the question, and turning ambiguity into something people can actually use.
